Our Experience

Our director Brett Crookey has nearly two decades of experience working in the HVAC industry honing his skills. Brett began his career in the HVAC industry when he was only 18 years old and has always been passionate about his work and made it a priority to have a profound understanding of how any given system operates. Brett is a second-generation HVAC mechanic, and it gives Frost Effective an edge to have two generations of knowledge and skill instilled into one technician. What sets Frost Effective apart from other HVAC companies is that we aren’t just proficient in air conditioning but that we have extensive expertise in the installation and servicing of commercial refrigeration. Brett has travelled all over Australia doing refrigeration and air conditioning installation and is known for his dedicated work ethic and solution orientated approach. This kind of all-round experience is rare and is an asset to have working at your residency or organisation.
